By downloading or using SmartMoviq (the “app”), you agree to these terms.

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use the app. The free version may be used at no cost. Pro features require an active paid subscription and a valid licence key.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the videos you import and the clips you create. Because processing is local, we claim no ownership or licence over your content. You are responsible for having the rights to any footage, music, or material you use.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the app to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don’t attempt to resell, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the licensing of Pro features.

Pro subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Pro is billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled per our payment provider’s policy and applicable consumer law.

“No watermark / no length limit”

These describe the app’s export behaviour and are not a guarantee of any particular result on third-party platforms, which set their own rules.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
